How we handle inquiry data, cookies, and payments

Devlogex Technologies Inc. does NOT collect, view, process, or store raw credit card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC verification codes, or magnetic stripe data on our servers. When a project uses online checkout, card details are sent to Stripe (or another payment processor you approve), not stored in our application databases.
1. Overview & Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the software development, artificial intelligence, cloud engineering, and consulting services provided by Devlogex Technologies Inc. (“Devlogex”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), headquartered at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We act as the Data Controller under GDPR when collecting business inquiry data and as a Data Processor when operating under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with commercial clients.
2. Categories of Data We Collect
A. Information You Voluntarily Provide: Full name, corporate email address, corporate telephone number, company entity name, and technical specifications submitted via our consultation forms.
B. Project & Codebase Data: Architecture diagrams, database schemas, and proprietary code shared under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
C. Automated Telemetry: IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, and page analytics collected via privacy-conscious cookie beacons.
3. AI Model Isolation & Zero Public Training
Under no circumstances is client source code, proprietary data, or confidential business logic submitted to public foundation AI models for model training or weight adjustments. All AI integrations deployed by Devlogex utilize enterprise zero-data-retention (ZDR) endpoints, private VPC hosted models (such as Llama 3 or Mistral), and isolated vector collections.
4. GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Consumer Rights
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request access, correction, portability, or complete deletion of your personal data. Devlogex does NOT sell personal data and has not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
